Gravatars

In a sad coincidence, just as integrated Gravatar support, the Gravatar service went offline. The good new is that it’s back.

For those of you who don’t know what that is, it’s a global avatar system. In other words a site at which you match a small avatar or picture to an email address and then any site or blog that supports them (like mine) will show your avatar next to your comments or posts or whatever.

To make it work on here, all you have to do is go to http:/site.gravatar.com and sign up.

Then as long as you fill in the email address field when you leave a comment on one of my blog posts, your little avatar should show up. £50 says Stan manages to do it first
