No other word for it. I feel like I have been pushing a scrummage machine uphill for the last week.

If I just sit in exactly the right position, its not so bad and after all, I can’t let you all down.

Guess what. I had my very first Email from some actual Upper 6th Dukie Girls today. I won’t publish it because I haven’t asked their permission but it was nice to hear from them. I have had a few in the past from current Dukies who just got bored in IT Classes but they just said “I am in IT and I am bored”. Their’s was the first actual paragraph.

I spent most of the morning on the phone with the bank. They reduced my overdraft all of a sudden. Which was nice. I am sort of happy as its a bit like financial cold turkey, but a letter would have been nice. The lady at the call centre was very nice but not terribly helpful. If it doesn’t come up on the screen then she can’t help you. She certainly had no idea why it had been done and at least had the decency to sound uncomfortable and embarrassed.

I am going back to lying on the floor. I am so glad my TFT monitor tilts a long way forward.

P.S. Question…is this person on the sex offenders register? Yes. Question…can they work in a school? No.

It doesn’t sound that complicated to me.
