When you come to the end of a perfect day
PC disaster this morning. It just died and I had to bring it back to life.
Always have backups folks, you know it makes sense.
So how is everyone today then? I can’t get GenX into the forum for some stupid reason which is driving me nuts. Bizarrely it seems that the PHPbb software doesn’t like names beginning with gen. Very odd. She might have to be JenX. We will still love her as much so I don’t think it matters.
The lack of beard. I swear to god there are still people who haven’t noticed. Some took a few days of staring, wondering if I had changed my parting or something. Of course being a bloke I only usually stare at cleavage, so most women could grow a third ear and I wouldn’t notice.
I went to a meeting about Christmas today which was a little odd, but we have to think about these things early when 1000 temps are involved. Despite Channel 4’s protestations, we do take it seriously and have to vet every single one of them before they join us. The problem is, most of them can’t commit yet despite the rather generous wad of cash we chuck their way on Dec 23.
Finally, those of you who haven’t read the government report on the DYRMS that Mr Grevitt unearthed for the forum, please do. It’s a real eye opener and proof if proof were needed that some things never change.
